4. Platform Commission

UpFan applies a 15% commission on each withdrawal made by creators. Available funds can be withdrawn according to the payment terms established by the platform.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

UpFan allows the use of artificial intelligence (AI) on its platform, provided that it complies with the platform's rules and applicable legislation.

6. Rules of Use

Users and creators agree to comply with the following rules:
